We are delighted to announce the next Harwell Connect event will be hosted by the European Space Agency (ESA) at ECSAT on Tuesday 22 October 2024, 10:30-12:00.
We have an exciting panel of speakers lined up for you on a variety of activities hosted by ECSAT, including:
- An introduction to ESA ECSAT and its ambitious 10-year development plan
- Commercialisation, Industry and Competitiveness
- Earth Observation data for climate action
- Enabling young minds to tackle exploration challenges at Spaceship ECSAT
- Communications and Secure Connectivity
Following these talks, there’ll be ample opportunity to network with your fellow campus members and ask questions of our speakers.
This is a prime opportunity to visit a prominent organisation on campus to hear first-hand the amazing work being achieved in some of their key departments.

ESA’s European Centre for Space Applications and Telecommunications (ECSAT) has a focus on collaboration, supporting many cross-directorate activities, contributing strongly to the cooperative ethos at Harwell Campus, and working closely with communities from across ESA’s member states.
