Office space starts from £300 a month on a flexible licence. Larger private offices are priced individually depending on size, so get in touch with the team for a quote for your needs.
What is included in the price?
Every office includes access to a staffed reception and customer experience service, free ultra-fast broadband and cat 5 cabling, utilities, 24/7 secure access, free on-site parking, kitchen and shower facilities, mail and call handling, and business support. You also get access to cross-campus events and open days.
What office sizes are available?
Private offices currently range from around 107 sq ft for a small 2 to 3 person space up to 355 sq ft or more for a team of 4 to 6, based on current availability, with larger suites available by enquiry.
Are the offices furnished?
No, offices are provided unfurnished. They are, however, fully serviced, so broadband, utilities, reception and business support are all in place and ready for your team to move straight in.
What is serviced office space?
A serviced office is a fully managed, ready-to-use office rented on a simple monthly licence, with reception, broadband, utilities and business support included in one fee. It lets you move in and start work straight away, without the cost, setup and long commitment of a conventional lease.
What is the difference between a serviced office and a conventional lease?
A serviced office is let on a flexible licence with a single monthly fee covering reception, utilities, broadband and support, with 1 to 3 months' notice depending on office size. A conventional lease is a longer, fixed commitment where you fit out and run the space yourself. Harwell's offices are serviced, so everything is set up and ready for you.
What are the contract terms?

Is parking available?
Yes. There's free on-site parking with 24-hour secure access.

Yes. You can use the centre as your Companies House registered address for an extra £10 per month, on top of your office licence.
Is business support included?
Yes. Two dedicated Innovation Directors at the centre offer business support, coaching, networking and advice on funding, included as part of your licence charges. You'll also get access to peer group forums and the wider Oxford Innovation support network.
Can I expand as my team grows?
Yes. Offices come in a range of sizes and customers regularly move into larger space on site as they scale. RedWave Labs, for example, started as a virtual office and now occupies several rooms in the centre.
Do you have meeting rooms for office customers?
Yes. The centre has three meeting rooms available for hire, plus a break-out space and hot-desking available at all times, with a discounted rate for office customers.
