What is the difference between a hot desk and a dedicated desk?
A hot desk is a flexible, pay-as-you-go desk in a shared office, ideal for occasional workdays and ad-hoc meetings. A dedicated desk is your own reserved desk with lockable storage, 24-hour access, a business mailing address, reception services and free business support.
What are the opening hours?
Hot desks are available on weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm, excluding bank holidays. Dedicated desk members have 24-hour access, 7 days a week.
Do I need to book a hot desk in advance?
Yes. Hot desks should be booked in advance by contacting the team on 01235 838 500.
Is WiFi included?
Yes. Guest WiFi is included for all customers, with options available for secure and faster networking arrangements. A kitchen with free tea and coffee is also included.
