The rapid advancements in Embodied Intelligence – the convergence of AI and robotics – are transforming defence and security operations. These intelligent machines can sense, learn, and act in complex environments, from hazardous material handling to explosive ordnance disposal, and search and rescue. There have been some major developments from nVidia, Tesla, Figure, and OpenAI, and regional SMEs such as Oxford Dynamics.
