Guided Meditation

Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. This gentle, half-hour guided mediation session offers a simple and natural way to bring a sense of balance and calm to your day.

Date: Wednesday 12, 19 and 26 March

Time: 12:30 – 13:00 (arrival at 12:15 ready to start at 12:30)

Location: The Hides

We’ll begin with a brief relaxation to help you unwind, followed by gentle guidance to ease you into the meditation. This practice invites you to simply rest your awareness, allowing space for reflection and a sense of openness – no pressure to concentrate intensely or silence every thought.

Whether you’re new to meditation or have experience, this session is for anyone looking to explore mindfulness and find a deeper sense of ease.

Come as you are and discover how a regular meditation practice can foster clarity, balance, and a more joyful way of being.

Places are limited so rsvp now to reserve your place. This session will be running for three weeks so there’s opportunity to join any session. Please cancel your place on the app or by contacting the team if you can no longer attend.
