This session will be delivered by Lexxic, a psychological consultancy that helps organisations develop environments in which neurodiversity can flourish.
In this session we explore the value of neurodiversity and neuro-inclusion in the workplace, offering insights on leading the development of a neuro-inclusive culture.
Participants will gain an understanding of neurodiversity, neuro-inclusive language, common neuro-differences’ impact, legal requirements, creating a psychologically safe culture, strategic approaches to inclusion, communication strategies, awareness and education, available support, and self-reflection on their organisation’s neuro-inclusivity.
