Celebrating long‑term impact at Culham Innovation Centre
This spring, Culham Innovation Centre celebrates 25 years supporting science and technology businesses at the heart of the UKAEA Culham Campus.
Since opening in 2001, the centre has:
- Supported 150+ early‑stage businesses
- Helped create 600+ high‑value jobs
- Accelerated innovation across fusion energy, AI, robotics and life sciences

Leadership insight from across our network
Leadership development continues to be a key theme across our centres.
In a recent Cultivate Growth Podcast episode, we explored what effective leadership really looks like as businesses scale – from communication and strategy to delivery.
Alongside this, our Innovation Director Wendy Tindsley shared why peer groups matter for CEOs, helping leaders gain fresh perspectives, build confidence and make better decisions.

We’re pleased to welcome Intangles to the Heyford Park Innovation Centre community. Their AI‑driven fleet management platform supports more than 450,000 assets globally, helping operators reduce breakdowns, cut costs and improve efficiency through real‑time data.
Innovation with real‑world impact
At Witney Business and Innovation Centre, Complete Inspection Services is supporting delivery of the UK’s Warm Homes Plan through energy and retrofit assessments – showing how innovation‑led businesses can contribute to national sustainability goals while growing locally.
